Virtual and augmented reality are sure to be the future of entertainment. By next year, TechJury estimates the global AR and VR markets will balloon to a worth of $209 billion. However, there are more than a few challenges that VR specifically must overcome.

Though some 78% of Americans said they were familiar with VR technology in a TechJury survey, they may not have access to standalone VR devices. Though cardboard contraptions are available to make mobile screens 3D-capable, an actual VR headset costs hundreds of dollars.
